World in Conflict Multiplayer Open Beta Client
This open beta test for World in Conflict, the upcoming action-strategy game that blurs the line between traditional strategy gameplay and action-filled shooters, will allow gamers to join others around the world to experience fast-paced multiplayer maps and game modes. The beta event will run through July 31st.West Germany, 1989. To avoid certain collapse, the Soviet army boldly advances into Europe. NATO responds only to be met on a second front -- a diversionary attack on the American homeland. You are a field commander, leading the era’s most powerful military machines in the campaign to retake America’s cities and suburbs. Once you register for the beta your CD-Key will be emailed to the account you registered with; a valid email address is required. This World in Conflict July Beta Test Event offers two multiplayer maps featuring Soviet and American forces, as well as a "Tutorial" mission.
